Required to:

• To create unique design which will be attractive and saleable as well as meets clients needs irrespective of class.     _
• To be in charge of all drawing and corrections on the company's building approvals.
• To work with all contractors and ensure that designs and constructions are actually implemented as standard on the blue print.

Educational qualification:

• Must be a graduate from a reputable university.
• Additional certification will be an added advantage.
• Must be highly creative with remarkable history of portfolio/work done.
• Must be able to make use at least 3 major Architectural soft wares
