    Employee Relation Executive

    • Managing employment tribunal cases.
    • Managing issues such as long-term absence.
    • Advising the HR team in dealing with employee relations issues and maintaining good relations.
    • Consulting with trade unions.
    • Assisting the Employee Relation Manager.

    Requirements

    • 3-5yrs in similar Role
    • Associate/Student member of CIPM
    • candidate with FMCG/Manufacturing background
