Field Officer at OneLand Africa

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify genuine landed properties suitable for onboarding and resale
• Engage landowners, families, communities, and agents to negotiate terms
• Conduct property assessments and due diligence checks
• Coordinate with legal and management teams for documentation and verification
• Support onboarding of approved properties into the company’s sales pipeline
• Provide regular field reports on sourced opportunities and market intelligence

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sourcing, field sales, or property scouting
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good understanding of land documentation and ownership structures
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a field-based role.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
