Responsibilities
Rotational Assignments: Work across multiple departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to gain comprehensive knowledge and exposure.
Project Participation: Support ongoing projects by assisting in data analysis, market research, customer engagement, and other critical tasks.
Skill Development: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to professional and personal growth.
Mentorship Program: Work closely with assigned mentors to set career goals, receive feedback, and navigate early-career challenges.
Performance Evaluation: Regularly meet with supervisors to discuss progress, receive feedback, and set objectives for each rotation.

Requirements
