Job description:
• Communicate courteously with customers with telephone, email, letter and face to face
• Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
• Handle customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue etc
• keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
• Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing
• Develop customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department
• Meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
• Involve in staff recruitment and appraisals
•Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
• keep ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses
• Other responsibility will be assign by management from time to time
Preferred skills
• Very confident, strong communication skills (Oral and written)
• Good Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other relevant software
• Strong business planning skills.
Qualification and Experiences
• Must have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant degree
• A postgraduate degree will be an advantage
• Experience in a dry-cleaning outfit will be an added advantage
Remuneration
Salary: NGN80, 000 – NGN100, 000
