Job description
You will be a leader in a high-performing team responsible for people operations for a global workforce (NYC and Lagos). We are expanding at a rapid pace and need to expand our expertise to build the infrastructure now that will enable us to quickly scale across africa and manage centrally. We need you to identify, recommend and lead automation and process improvement in the area of global operations and reporting. To be successful you will bring strong expertise and experience, a natural intellectual curiosity and a passion for excellence. Additionally, you'll need to be proactive in building relationships cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, TV and other business partners.
