Desired Qualities
With only 200 Spots opened globally, interested Pilot AMCEAs are to satisfy the following conditions:

•     Sign the SecureInvest NCND and Consulting agreement
•     Sign the Non-Voting Agreement either on a share swap basis or by payment for the shares. Ideally only Mainsail Non-Voting Shareholders can apply to become AMCEAs. Hence, only interested AMCEAs with Limited Liability Companies can participate in this share swap programme as only such companies can issue shares.
•     Invest the time to understand the new funding methodology
•     Identify one project willing and able to apply for funding using SecureInvest Methodology. AMCEAs are only certified after successfully helping one project to access funding through the SecureInvest Methodology. The minimum amount our client is willing to accept for the Pilot is a $5 million Project. There is no maximum.
