Required Skill
Minimum of an advanced degree in related field, and 7 years' implementing int'l development activities under a USG contract (including USAID), and 3 years in senior program management, directly supervising professional and support staff
Experience in contlict mitigation and management programs, as well as facilitating multi-sectorial collaboration among different technical fields & various stakeholders;
Experience awarding & managing grants to local organizations; and
Experience with Early Wanung Systems highly preferred.
