Human Resources Business Partner at Jagal Group

Education   

•     Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline.
•     Preferred: MBA or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Human Development.
•     CIPM, CIPD, SPHR, GPHR, CHRP, or similar certification..
•     At least 10 years of verifiable, progressive experience in Human Resources.
•     Ideally, experience in the Construction, EPC, Petrochemical.

Knowledge:

•     Must have demonstrable knowledge of the following areas:
•     HR Team Management and Development
•     Organisational Development, Organisational Design, and Performance Management
•     Strategic Recruitment Management
•     Immigration and Visa Process Management and On-boarding
•     Compensation and Benefits Management ;
•     HRIS Optimisation and Development
•     Employee Relations
