    To support the management of the entire building and grounds maintenance

    Competencies and Skills:

    • ?    General office administration
    • ?    Facilities management & maintenance
    • ?    Service level management
    • ?    Fleet management
    • ?    Excellent planning and organization
    • ?    Strong negotiation & problem sotvlng
    • ?    Time & priority management

    Minimum Qualification: First degree in any related discipline
    Years of Experience: 3-4 years admin and facilities mgt experience
