Responsibilities
- Preparing schedule of fixtures and fittings for inventory purposes after the tenant vacates premises or before occupation.
- Sending out rent reminders as and when due.
- Property inspections for prospecting tenants and buyers.
- Sourcing and prospecting for new briefs.
- Upload of properties in our portfolio on the relevant property listing sites and engaging all other marketing efforts.
- Carries out other responsibilities as may be assigned by Head of Estate Management Unit.
