Heavy Duty Diesel Engineer at Terawork

The Service Manager will be responsible for servicing and maintenance of our existing customers’ generators. Load Audit/Site inspection/preparation of estimates both for Installation, He should be able to independently handle repair and overhauling jobs. He will handle the branch Service Warranty issues, and also carry out PDI of all generator stock at the branch before leaving to customers’ site.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: HND/B.Sc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Strong experience and understanding of heavy duty generators (1000-4000kva diesel gen)CAT and its likes
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years-experience in similar role. (Must have led a team that handles diesel generator repair overhauling).
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to repair, service and overhaul engines of different capacities. Must be able to drive vehicle of both manual and automatic transmission.
• Added Advantage: Previous experience with solar solutions, and ability 
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
• Clear Success Criteria at 90 days: He will ensure real time job card closure within 7 days as per company policy or show reason for extension, then drive the branch expected revenue.
