Risk and Compliance Manager

Location: Lagos Mainland

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- BSc/HND in Finance, Accounting or related course.
- Candidate must have years of experience reporting to the Risk Manager or Assistant Risk Manager and now looking to move to the Risk Manager role.
- Ideal Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years Enterprise Risk Management as well as Credit Risk Management experience.
- Possess technical acumen.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Numerical skills and the ability to evaluate costs
- Good orientation of insurance, health, safety policies, disaster recovery measures, and business continuity plan.
- With a strong background in finance, economics, law, risk management, statistics
- Ability to develop and entrench change techniques in an organization.
- Ability to design, carry out analysis, and model business processes
- Skill for risk mitigation simulation
- Ability to benchmark and analyze various business risks
- Professional certification is an added advantage.
