E-Commerce Sales Executive at Graceco Limited

Minimum Qualification: B.sc/HND in relevant field

Job Purpose:
The position holder is responsible for the maintenance of the company's website and undertaking various developmental plans that would help in increasing the product sales and services on the e-commerce platform.  The position holder must also possess ample knowledge of business-to-consumer, business-to-business, or consumer-to-consumer transactions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online platforms
• Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms
• Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely
• Create, edit and upload product photography and descriptions to the ecommerce platform and remove discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner
• Act as primary point of contact for online and mail order customers
• Answering phone and email enquiries, resolving complaints and processing orders in an efficient and timely manner
• Minimize potential stock loss by maintaining a high level of awareness and alertness

Requirements of the role:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing; 2.1 or better
• 3-5 years’ experience as an e-commerce personnel
• Applicant must have relevant certification in sales or e-commerce marketing
• Applicant must be computer literate especially in use of MS suite.
• Applicant who resides within Ikeja, Agege, Ipaja, Otta, Alagbado and environs will have added advantage.

• Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease
• Required proficiency with desktop applications including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
