The Advertising and Business development manager will act as the Client Service Manager for the company, and is often the primary point of contact for clients with the responsibility of ensuring client satisfaction with the organization's product or service.
The ABM is also expected to generate business leads in order to bring about the sustainability of the business, and pursue leads that are handed to the candidate with a view to ensuring it translates into a business account for the company.
The ABM will project, manage all the businesses and prospects within the ABM portfolio and report daily or weekly activities to the director as the case may be.
Every meeting with a client or business prospect is contact reported and documented.
Every brief from a client requires a de-brief from the ABM, which will start from a presentation to the team, and a written brief thereafter.
The ABM is expected to manage the businesses within the candidate portfolio such that 3 reviews of the creative output is conducted before the job leaves the company.
The ABM will ensure jobs produced out of the CDC unit meet the specifications and brief as laid out by the client. Along with this, the candidate will:
Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies.
Scan media marketplace to keep up-to-date on the latest trends.
Monitor online and offline campaigns, and report on results and competition’s activities
Analyze industry trends in order to determine the most promising strategies for our campaigns
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Seek ways to help the company achieve client’s brand and marketing objectives
The ABM is expected to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive under pressure. able to travel locally and internationally at short notice and attend client social and official functions
Requirements:
BSc/HND in any field
Must be more than 27 years old
Above 4 years experience
good interpersonal skills as well as analytical skills.

good decision-making skills,
well-developed organizational skills in order to manage their time and budget efficiently
