Responsibilities:
Produce quality pastry and snacks - cake making, sugar craft, desserts, breads etc.
Follow recipes & ensure consistency in quality
Follow production plans
Minimize wastage as appropriate
Help with new product development
Maintain high hygiene standards
Adhere to safety standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of OND in any discipline
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in baking and decorating of cakes
Open minded, willingness to learn.
Must be proficient in sugar crafting and modelling.
Must have excellent communication
Must coach team members
Must live around ketu/alapere/magodo/shangisha axis
