The Director of Technology and Innovation will make all executive decisions with regards to the technological interests of Signal Alliance.
He/She will be responsible for outlining the company's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs
In addition, he/she will lead a team that will work with clients to define and execute technology transformation strategy to embrace the power of disruptive technologies.

Drives Innovation in the company .
Manage a Team that delivers Technology to Customers
Grow Technology team based on market and project demand.
Support enterprise customers' digital transformation strategy.
Identify and develop market opportunities of selected Technology offerings.
Identify, develop, sell and implement technology transformation offerings according to market demand and technology trends.
Manage project delivery quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements Successful Candidate Must:
Have previous experience in Technology practice and leadership.
Have led a technology team in a leading Technology Company or Enterpsise.
Understand digital transformation technologies.
Be commercially astute, robust and resilient
An excellent communicator
People oriented, adaptable and customer relationship focused
Have experience of operating in a multi-faceted role and have demonstrated a strong track record of success to date.
