Director, Technology and Innovation at Signal Alliance

Job Description

• The Director of Technology and Innovation will make all executive decisions with regards to the technological interests of Signal Alliance.
• He/She will be responsible for outlining the company's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs
• In addition, he/she will lead a team that will work with clients to define and execute technology transformation strategy to embrace the power of disruptive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads the technology or engineering department
• Build Practices in line with the company's vision
• Drives Innovation in the company .
• Manage a Team that delivers Technology to Customers
• Grow Technology team based on market and project demand.
• Support enterprise customers' digital transformation strategy.
• Identify and develop market opportunities of selected Technology offerings.
• Identify, develop, sell and implement technology transformation offerings according to market demand and technology trends.
• Manage project delivery quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements
Successful Candidate Must:

• Have previous experience in Technology practice and leadership.
• Have led a technology team in a leading Technology Company or Enterpsise.
• Understand digital transformation technologies.
• Be commercially astute, robust and resilient
• An excellent communicator
• People oriented, adaptable and customer relationship focused
• Have experience of operating in a multi-faceted role and have demonstrated a strong track record of success to date.
