    Commission Based Direct Sales Officer (CBDSO)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Meeting sales targets
    • Gather product usage feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
    • Giving feedback on sales trends
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Keeping in contact with existing customers
    • Promoting new products and any special deals
    • Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • S.S.C.E
    • 0 - 1 year sales experience
    • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
    • Fast learner and passionate about direct sales.
