Office Assistant/Cleaner at Raeanna Nigeria Limited

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

• Clear dips and distribute files as required.
• Deliver and collect mails, documents etc.
• Do reprographic work including duplicating, collating, stapling and scanning, etc.
• Assist with the preparation of work areas and documents/folders for meetings.
• Collect and distribute stationery and office supplies as required.
• Prepare and serve refreshments when required.
• Perform a number of daily cleaning duties which include: Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of floors, Dusting furniture and equipment, Empting bins, Tidying office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities, Cleaning glass windows/panes, walls and doors.
• Open and close building daily and ensure equipment is switched off, where applicable, at the end of the work day.
• Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time.
• Assess the cleanliness and hygiene situation of the office and promptly report any current and potential problems.
• Perform office cleaning tasks to maintain a clean work place, such as, sweeping floors, cleaning toilets, windows, emptying the trash, etc.
• Perform errands that assist daily functions.
• Assume dispatch duties as necessary and assigned.
• Ensure security measures such as locking doors and closing windows.
• Identify any potential damage or repairs and report to Admin
  

Salary
N30,000 monthly.
