    Front Desk Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Answer inquiries about company.
    • Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
    • Answer all incoming calls as well as do follow-up calls to prospective clients and redirect them or keep messages
    • Attend to visitors, ensuring they sign in and out appropriately
    • Schedule and update appointment calendars on behalf of the director
    • Receive letters, Cv’s from applicants, packages etc and distribute or file them appropriately.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of an OND in Secretarial Studies, Social Sciences or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and people skills.
    • Proficiency in the use of computer - internet skills including e-mails, group messaging, MS office (word, excel, outlook, access)
    • Highly organized
    • Highly presentable
    • Excellent phone etiquette
    • Problem-solving skills.
