- Patient, Mannerly, Friendly, Hardworking, Organized and Serious-minded
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and Schedule Customer Enquiries, Requests and Orders for Action
- Track Action on Enquiries, Requests and Orders and Provide Feedback to Customers
- Provide Assistance on Actions on Customers’ Orders and Repairs
