JOB SUMMARY

The Billing officer will be responsible for issuing invoices and customer statements

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Issue Invoices & Credit Memos to customers
- Issue Monthly Customer Statement
- Liaise with sales Department (Sales Support Officer)
Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- HND or HIGHER DEGREE
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Must have a Good knowledge in Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
- Must have a Basic Knowledge in Accounting
- Must be Experienced in using Billing or Software
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL
- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a billing officer
- Must be a Team Player
- Must be Highly Organized and Pay attention to details
- Must have the Knowledge of the use of Billing Software
- Must have a good command of English(Spoken and Written
