Email Marketer at Havana Group

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning, creating, and executing cold email outreach and bulk email marketing campaigns for different audiences and goals.
• Writing compelling copy that drives clicks, engagement, and conversions.
• Managing and optimizing email automation flows and sequences.
• Segmenting audiences for targeted communication and improved results.
• Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.).
• Conducting A/B tests and using insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborating with sales and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
•  Ensuring compliance with email regulations and deliverability best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in email marketing and cold outreach (preferably in B2B or digital marketing environments).
• Strong understanding of email automation and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Instantly, Mailchimp, Lemlist, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on metrics.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
