Mechanical Supervisor ( Maintenance) at Nigerian Foundries Limited - Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Ensures that plant and equipments are available for production purposes and ensure downtime due to plant breakdown are reduced to the barest minimum.
• Responsible for organizing, coordinating planned preventing maintenance according to daily and periodic maintenance programme.
• Responsible for updating the status of both Preventive and Corrective maintenance on a daily basis.
• Carried out repair work requested from breakdown or plant modification.
• Ensure compliance of safe work practice during maintenance.

Requirements

• Candidate must have B.Eng/ HND Mech or its equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of plant and heavy duty equipment installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of lubrication techniques.
• A minimum of 8 years working experience
• Must be computer literate, AutoCad, SolidWorks, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word profeciencies.
• Ability to make and interpret Engineering drawings.
