Minimum 10 years experience in sales , matured with a desire to achieve monthly targets and growth hitting sales targets regularly by successfully managing the sales team, dealers and distributors , Corporate companies ,institutions and Govt.agencies. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Managing new recruited sales prepresemntative, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
