Job Description
- Manage a monthly determined sales target portfolio.
- Achieve 100% of sales budget with the file financial year.
- Leading sales calls within team members to establish sales and customer retention goal.
- Strategic sales and route planning.
- Increasing overall market share.
- Market intelligence and analysis.
- Maintaining competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A good degree Agricultural Science, Marketing or any other Social Science with minimum of 5 years experience in similar position preferably in a agro allied industry.
Remuneration
Remuneration attached to this position is generous and in line with industry standards.
