Request for Proposal for Design , Development and Implementation of Early Warning and Early Response System (EWERS) at Neem Foundation

Purpose

Since its inception, NEEM Foundation through its Rehabilitation and Reintegration department has undertaken interventions in the North-East aimed at ensuring safer and resilient communities in the region. The department through its Radicalisation Monitoring and Response System project, has taken a technology-based approach towards the implementation of an Early Warning and Early Response Systems (EWERS) in the region to help combat signs of radicalization in the communities where the project is being implemented.

Neem Foundation is seeking a software developing company that will develop a state-of-the-art Early Warning and Early Response System in line with our mission and objectives.
