Job Description

• Due to business expansion, we have an urgent requirement to have a HR Officer support our operation in Niamey-Niger.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office, the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
• Work collaboratively with all local teams on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management needs.
• Implement various human resources plan and procedures for all local teams.
• Recommend review and amendments to policies and procedures.
• Ensuring proper adherence to company policies and change initiatives
• Providing advice to all management levels in the organization.

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least 3 years’ verifiable experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate knowledge of French and Hausa languages required.
