Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be an experienced business development and sales professional comfortable with selling recruitment services to business executives and corporate customers.
• This is a Part time job and remuneration is based on commission.

Job Responsibilities:

•     Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
•     Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
•     Recognize key opportunities in the sector and marketing of small, medium and big corporate organizations
•     Develops negotiating strategies and positions; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
•     Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
•     Enhances organization reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
