Chief Financial Officer (f/m) at Ringier

Your job

• You are responsible for all issues relating to financial reporting, analysis and compliance with local regulations and group policies for all RADP companies
• You manage, supervise and develop the finance team
• You ensure the correct and timely preparation of monthly financial reports in compliance with group accounting standards
• You care about the compliance with local tax and accounting regulations including transfer pricing
• You are the driver of the company's financial planning including preparing budgets, forecasts and other analysis required
• You are responsible for the performance of risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities, asset valuation (including debtors' ledger), exposure to FX, etc.
• You manage liquidity and cash flows and provide the required reporting to the group
• You work closely with the Group CEO and you are a sparring partner to him and others in the management team and you are responsible for assessing the financial impact of operational decisions

Your profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, as well as experience in a finance position especially in Accounting, Due Diligence or Financial Controlling
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a strong advantage
• Experience rolling out and setting up ERP systems a plus
• Experience working in Africa or other developing countries is is a plus
• High motivation, drive and an entrepreneurial attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
