    HCP Medical Representatives

    Location  (Lagos, North, South East, South South)

    Details:

    Job Summary:

    • Detailing to Health Care Professionals with focus on value add and product differentiation.
    • Hold HCP presentations as well as Diabetes Management clinic meetings with patient groups with approved slide from RDC Sales Manager W/A
    • Implementation of RDC HCP strategies as directed my Sales Manager W/A
    • Implementation of Sales Strategy with key marketing messages by customer segmentation.
    • Identify new possible clients as well as opportunities within existing clients in order to further grow business.
    • Ensure monthly reviewing and reporting of sales to drive annual sales targets and achieve increased revenue and market share.
    •  Ensure correct and effective brand awareness at customer sites and offices.
    • Plan and facilitate (user and promotional) workshops for existing and new possible clients in order to showcase and market Roche services and products.
    • Ensure ongoing liaison, contact, interaction and communication with customers and specifically key responsible contacts in order to provide customer service excellence.
    • To perform basic complaint management functions which includes but is not limited to receiving a case from the customer and reporting it to the DC call centre for capturing and investigating

    Education and Skills Required:

    •  Preferably a pharmacist or a graduate with science background (minimum of 2.1 for a Science graduate)
    • Minimum of 3 years Sales and Medical Rep experience, preferably in area of Diabetes related products
    • 3 - 5 years sales experience within the Insulin/Diabetes Monitoring environment
    • Must have proven record of HCP engagements and be able to discuss Strategy
    • Proven track record of the following:
        • Customer relations and interaction (Relationship Building)
        • Good communication skills (oral and written)
        • Presentation skills and information communication style (Influencing)
        • Persuasive skills and emotional intelligence
        • Problem solving and analytical skills
        • Result oriented and able to deliver customer's needs
    • Negotiation skills and ability to be decisive and take appropriate actions
