    Business Development Executive

    Job Description:

    • Engage in market research in order to identify new business opportunities for the organization.
    • Develop and constantly update and communicate market segments for the organization.
    • Market organization’s services to potential customers about the various benefits offered by the organization’s services and following up to close business deals
    • Drive business development and pitching to customers and prospects.
    • Respond to enquiries from clients and prospects as regards the company’s services.
    • Develop business proposals for existing and new customers
    • Develop innovative strategies for servicing and retaining clients; this includes active communication channels in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
    • Determine and develop methods of partnership with service providers and vendors in the industry.
    • Assist in the conceptualisation and development of marketing materials including company profile, fliers, proposals etc.
    • Market all the products and services of the organization.
    • Work individually or with teams to develop business proposals that are tailored to clients’ needs.

    Requirements

    • Candidate must be focused and self-motivated.
    • Candidate must be very passionate sales.
    • Must have vast business development experience.
    • Candidate must be willing to work for the company's sales growth.
