    Human Resource Assistant

    Job Overview:
    Direct and co-ordinate various administrative task and support HR lead on daily activities

    Key Responsibility:
    Strategic Support:

    • Provide support for HR Lead to ensure achievement of goals and objectives
    • Execute programmes on behalf of the HR Lead
    • Ensure brand visibility


    • Generate and analyze report
    • Prepare HR related reports as needed
    • Provide periodic feedback to the team on key performance issues
    • Develop working relationships that turn into revenue for the organisation
    • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation with the assistance of the HR lead
    • Partake in adhoc marketing activities in order to increase the organisation visibility in current and expanding markets
    • Take initiative and strive to make a noticeable contribution to the company.

    Qualification Age & Experience

    • Minimum of 1-year Human Resource experience or Business Development
    • HND/BSC degree in any discipline
    • 22-26 years
    • Must be resident in Lekki and environs
    • Professional certifcation is an added advantage
