Account Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification
- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Responsibilities
- Invoice processing and posting on sap
- Monitors the goods receipt/invoice receipt process & ledger on sap
- Vendor payment advice notification
- Vendor reconciliations
- Vendor ageing analysis/invoicing reporting
- Responds to all audit matters regarding account payables
- Supports/assist in quick turnaround of routine account payable and any other reconciliations
- Provide support during statutory audits (before and during audits)
- Bank reconciliation
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- BSc/HND in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Maximum age of 26 years
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Power point
- Possesses good analytical skills
Added Advantage:
- Proficient in Accounting Software Solutions e.g. System Application and Products (SAP)
