Account Officer at Marine Platforms Limited

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing and posting on sap
• Monitors the goods receipt/invoice receipt process & ledger on sap
• Vendor payment advice notification
• Vendor reconciliations
• Vendor ageing analysis/invoicing reporting
• Responds to all audit matters regarding account payables
• Supports/assist in quick turnaround of routine account payable and any other reconciliations
• Provide support during statutory audits (before and during audits)
• Bank reconciliation

Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• BSc/HND in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• Maximum age of 26 years
• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Power point
• Possesses good analytical skills

Added Advantage:

• Proficient in Accounting Software Solutions e.g. System Application and Products (SAP)
