Head of Sales at OutsideinHR Limited

Job objectives

To lead all sales and audience activity across all platforms and  provide strategic, practical and creative direction, plans and actions to successfully manage the impact and value of the portfolio of service

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Sales strategy to sell/lease properties in the company's mandates.
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and Financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
• Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating the company’s needs and goals.

Minimum Education Qualifications

• Minimum of least 10 years CORE experience in Sales. Managing Real Estate sales
• B.Sc.in Marketing, M.Sc. /MBA Management/Marketing
