Will be responsible for:
Employee Recruitment and Induction
Employee Performance Management and Training
Employee Relations and welfare matters
Compensation and Benefits Administration
Maintaining Employee files, and HR filing system
Promoting Strategic People Management Policies and Procedures within the company
Carrying-out day-to-day efficient operations of HR administration
Required Qualifications and Specifications:
Minimum of HND(Upper Credit) or Bachelors degree(2.2)
30-45 years age bracket
A minimum of 10years experience in HRlAdmin, 4 of which must have been in the construction industry, preferably
with an expatriate linn
Knowiedge of accepted HR practices, procedures and principles, membership of CIPM is a plus
Knowiedge of MS suites i.e. Word, Excel etc and use of HR softwares
Good People Management skills.
