Create, define and execute CyberPay’s operational support strategy across all the operations support teams. Based on the strategy, define standard operating procedures, stating processes, road maps, flow chats for each functions within the support teams.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalents in Social sciences/Humanities from reputable institutions.
