Superintendent - Construction at Prime Services

Prime Responsibilities

• Responsible for manpower planning, forecasting coordinating, supervising, managing and delivering all construction activities and overall Mechanical Completion of the project in consonance with all contract specifications, requirements and project quality, HSE/ budgetary objectives.
• To ensure that plant and workforce are available to meet the requirements of the Contract Master Schedule (CMS).
• To ensure labour forecasting is carried out with Construction Discipline Engineers with consideration to overall cost forecast.
• To identify suitable personnel for further development and identify training requirements.

Qualification

• B.Eng. in any Engineering or Technical discipline. Professional certification/membership of COREN will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 10-15 years or more experiences in directing field Construction work, Project Structural, Piping and Mechanical in the oil & gas.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in position.
