    Chief Finance Officer

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Prepare budgets in accordance with the requirements of varying business units and Ensure business compliance with statutory regulations and legislation regarding financial activities.

    • Allot funds for business projects, monitor expenditure across projects and Conduct periodic financial assessments and generate reports to aid management decisions.
    • Interpret complex financial information analyses the financial climate and market trends and develop financial plans and projections for the company and Conduct analysis of financial risks and benefits on business initiatives.
    • Supervise finance officers, assistants and related employees to aid the daily financial operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc
    • Aid in the establishment and implementation of training programs for the finance department.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • MSc/MBA and/or relevant certification (e.g. ICAN, ACCA, CFA/CPA
    • 7+ years work experience in senior finance role with experiences in budgeting and risk management, an In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping and Leadership abilities
