Job Summary 

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team
• The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making
• This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Conduct statistical analysis and develop predictive models to support forecasting and planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and data quality enhancement
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports
• Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed
• Maintain documentation of data processes, methodologies, and analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques
• Knowledge of database management systems
