    Executive Assistant to the ED

    Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State

    Our Client, a reputable Montessori school in Lekki phase 1, is looking for a competent Executive Assistant to the ED

    Job Summary

    The Executive Assistant will work closely with the school director to provide administrative support on a one on one working relationship. The Personal Assistant also serves as a liaison to the leadership team; organizes and coordinated Executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

    Duties/Responsibilities

    • Manage projects as assigned by School Director
    • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
    • Conduct research work as assigned by the School Director
    • Prepare the School Director for her meeting and monitor her action points/commitments for upcoming deadlines by following through on/communicating the necessary details
    • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
    • Secure information by completing data base backups
    • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
    • Occasionally taking notes or dictation at meetings and providing general assistance during presentations
    • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
    • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
    • Maintain office supplies
    • Schedule and determine the nature/time of internal/external appointments; providing all necessary background materials and making travel plans where necessary
    • Review and proffer advice on correspondences requiring the school directors signature
    • Dispatch treated/ untreated correspondences internally/externally, as appropriate

    Requirements

    • Must be proficient in the use of MS Outlook and office suite of products ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and Access)
    • Must be able to learn, interpret and apply spreadsheets

    Duties/Responsibilities

    • Present subject matter to student under the direction and guidance of Montessori Directress, using lesson presentations, discussions, or supervised role - playing methods

    • Instruct and monitor student in the use and care of materials to prevent injuries and damage
    • Observe students performance, and record relevant data to assess progress

    Requirements

    • Must be a female
    • Must have 2years working experience in this field
    • Must hold a minimum of a bachelors degree in Education/French from an accredited university
    • Must be registered with teachers registration council of Nigeria (TRCN)
    • Must demonstrate ability to teach students well at the specific grade level
    • Must demonstrate a proficient level of computer literacy, having basic proficiency in doing word processing, creating and using a spreadsheet, e-mailing, and accessing the internet

    Reports to: Store Manager

    Our client, one of the fastest growing Bakery and Gelato Companies in Victoria Island is looking for a competent Shop Team Lead who has experience in the restaurant, service or hospitality field.

    Job Summary:
    The Team Lead role is to support the Store manager in the supervision of outlet operations and act as a backup when the Shop Manager is unavailable.  The team lead is expected to ensure all outlets are run according to the instructions of the manager, coordinate staff performance and support waiters on duty with customer service.

    The Team Lead may also carry out other functions i.e. cashier, waiter etc along with the team lead responsibilities.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    A.    Daily Shop running

    • Supporting coordination of front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations
    • Assisting Shop Manager in overseeing maintenance of branch
    • Ensuring assigned branch is of the high cleanliness and presentation standard

    B.    Staff Coordination

    • Ensuring staff compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
    • Ensuring staff compliance with uniform and appearance rules
    • Assisting Store Manager with coordination of outlet staff shifts and organization
    • Coordination of laundry to ensure uniforms are clean and available as and when needed

    C.    Customer Service Interaction

    The Pre-Sales engineer will work in partnership with account managers to help customers determine the best technology solutions to meet their business needs in the areas of data, voice and video networks, security, storage and servers. S/He will assist with technical questions or concerns during the sales process and frequently participate in the initial portion of the project specification process.

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop relationships with potential customers through managing and interpreting their requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
