    Business Development Manager


    • Utilize your expertise in business development to identify and cultivate new opportunities for growth.
    • Leverage your knowledge of the healthcare industry to establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
    • Apply your sales skills to negotiate and close deals that drive revenue and business expansion.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business strategies.
    • Drive business growth through proactive sales efforts, including identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities within the healthcare sector.
    • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to expand Novadahealth\'s market presence and service offerings
    • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and meet business objectives.\r\n- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in the healthcare industry.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Represent Novada health at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and foster new business relationships.


    • Demonstrated experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
    • Background in healthcare or related industries, with a deep understanding of the sector's dynamics and challenges
    • Strong sales skills, including the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and negotiate deals.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, essential for fostering partnerships and collaborations.\r\n- Must reside in Abuja and possess a PC and a good phone for work and communication.
