    System Analyst

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Troubleshooting technical issues & Fulling requests
    • Collaborating team members to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
    • Creating system guidelines and manuals
    • Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
    • Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas

    Minimum Education and Work Experience

    • First degree or its equivalent in Computer or Engineering related course of study.

    Competency and Skills Requirements:

    • Knowledge of Operating Systems – Windows and Linux
    • Knowledge of IP Networks Protocols
    • Knowledge of shell scripting in Unix and Windows will be an added advantage
    • Programming skills in any modern language

    Key Success Factors:

    • Ability to work as part of a team – Potential to lead the team
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving capacity
    • Analytical skills with critical thinking ability
    • High sense of responsibility, accountability and dependability.

    Senior Technical Specialist-Application

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Good knowledge of shell scripting in Unix and Windows will be an added advantage
    • Programming skills in any modern language – proven track record required
    • Great grasp of the terms Digital and automation and have worked on said applications.
    • Thorough knowledge of enterprise management

    Senior Sales Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Bring in new business for Blue Turtle Technologies’ high-quality mobile messaging services and solutions.
    • Actively pursue opportunities within a broad range of clients from enterprises of all sizes to SMEs , Telcos, FSIs, aggregators and mobile service providers.
    • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing the sale.
    • Contact prospects using inside sales methods, including cold calling, email, online chat, conference calls.
    • Represent BLUE TURTLE TECHNOLOGIES at conferences and client meetings as required to present company and product information in order to obtain new business.
    • Position reports to the Head of Sales Key responsibilities.
    • Bring in new revenue through potential and existing clients.
    • Generate new business leads and opportunities.
    • Maintain detailed knowledge of Blue Turtle Technologies’ products and services.
    • Achieve or exceed revenue targets.
    • Present services, prepare proposals, perform contract and price negotiations, prepare contractual documents and close the sale with the clients.
    • Assist clients with opening test service and follow up on progress involving support team when necessary.
    • Assist the Head of Sales to drive sales forward in a competitive market, actively research and find new customers, identify customer needs and identify market trends.
    • Collect market intelligence and analyze competitors.
    • Collect product feedback, present ideas and improvements to the development Team.

    Minimum Education and Work Experience

    • Educated to a degree level or higher.
    • 5 years successful B2B sales experience is required, preferably in the software industry.

    Competency and Skills Requirements:

    • Excellent telephone communication skills.
    • Excellent presentation, communication and relationship building skills.
    • Highly motivated and the ability to work independently.
    • Ability to hit targets in a demanding, fast paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
    • Excellent knowledge and familiarity of the MS Office package, Salesforce CRM is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be good understating of IT products and Solutions.
