Job Description

• Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
• Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issue

• Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
• Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
• Draft, modify and implement company policies

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate with MBA in Sales / marketing.
• Candidate should have above 4 to 5 – years of FMCG Business Development
• Female Preferrably

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Focus on institutional sales / grow modern trade market for company’s FMCG products, based out of Port Harcourt
• Candidate is required to create and grow modern trade in Port Harcourt and associated territories in Nigeria and coordinate with the base teams in order to gradually develop sales and distribution network across regions where currently we have low penetration
• Candidate will need to strengthen the distributors / dealers network for Modern trade.
• Ensure the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets are set, mutually agreed and met
• Monitor and drive the sales and distribution in his region with a matrix responsibility with the sales team.
• To train and develop local BD staff in each potential city in the Region
