    Digital Marketer

    Key responsibilities include;

    • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee a social media strategy.
    • Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s).
    • Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts including Explore.
    • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
    • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
    • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s).
    • Fix any errors or bugs in online content.
    • Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites.
    • Arrange webinars and webcasts.
    • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
    • Write copy for email marketing campaigns.
    • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
    • Work on printed material to supplement online products.
    • Attend product launches and networking events.

    • Strong project management expertise with proven strategic and analytical skills

    Creative Director

    Key responsibilities include;

    • Develop valuable connections between client’s request, company’s in-house strategy and creative work to meet and surpass client demands and expectations.
    • Play a key role in preparing and delivering creative presentations and creative updates to management and client alike.
    • Working with client services, creative and production resources to ensure that deadlines and client budgets are adhered to, and client expectations are exceeded.
    • Developing, maintaining and evolving brand and creative guidelines for efficiency and consistency.

    • Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphics design and brand development
    • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.

    Graphics Designer

    Key responsibilities include;

    • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
    • Plans concept by studying information and materials.
    • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
    • Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
    • Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
    • Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
    • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.
    • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
    • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Qualification / Experience;

    • Proven experience as a Graphics Designer.
    • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
    • Sound graphics design skills, high level of creativity.
    • Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Desktop Publishing Tools, Acute Vision, ability to effectively handles rejection.
