    Retail Sales Executive

    Role Summary

    • Generate sales for the company from its retail outlets and meet the outlets sales quotas

    Nature of the Job:

    • Professional. Requires pressure and target driven ability

    Job Description

    • Receive walk-in customers, identify client needs and attend to all inquiries
    • Provide accurate information concerning products and service offerings
    • Manage product orders and deliveries
    • Ensure products are adequately stocked
    • Cross-sell products to customers
    • Develop and maintain the store customer base
    • Source for clients online
    • Revert customer feedback to the Supervisor/Customer Care Unit

    Job Description
