JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

A Procurement Officer with relevant working experience. Candidate should be computer proficient and have a sound relevant knowledge in general procurement operations, including but not limited to negotiating experience, strong analytical/critical thinking skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, while being able to work in a team. An excellent knowledge of spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, software usage and a degree in supply chain management will be added advantages.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
• Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
• Developing standards of procedure, reports and documents containing actionable recommendations with metrics for evaluating an organization’s performance
• Weekly Academic Learning activities limited to scope of practice

A Graphic Designer/Digital Marketing Officer with proven relevant working experience.

Candidate should be computer proficient, have a sound relevant knowledge in general hardware/software operations, have written communication skills for producing high quality content, IT troubleshooting skills, previous experience of website designing will be an added advantage, interpersonal communication skills, while being able to work in a team

• Review, Analyze Digital Information, Maintain our social media presence
• Proficiency in web/graphics designs, development of blogs and online forums
• Plan, generate and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Contributing to social media engagement, brand awareness campaigns and search engine optimization
• Research/evaluate emerging technologies and provide leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Develop strategies to increase number of visitors to the company’s website and strengthen the company’s internet presence in the global online community
