    State Program Officer

    Job Description

    • State Program Officer will work with the Senior Program Officer to provide oversight, coordination, monitoring and reporting of all AHNi activities in the assigned state, will also assist in developing and overseeing execution of systems for initiation, implementation, monitoring, amendment and close Out of all SIDHASIAs' sub agreements

    Minimum Recruitment Standards

    • BS/BA in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Behavioural sciences or its recognized equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant experience with international development programs.
    • Or MS/MA degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, behavioural sciences ants recognized equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience with international development programs.
    • Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required.

    Compliance Officer

    Job Description

    • Compliance Officer Under the direction of Compliance Manager, the position holder will carry out independent appraisals of the effectiveness of policies, procedures and standards by which AHNi's financial resources are managed.

    Minimum Recruitment Standards

    • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 3-5 years relevant experience.
    • Or MS/MA degree in Accounting. Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 1-3 years relevant experience.
    • 1-3 years' experience in internal control functions.
    • Familiarity with U.S. Government grants or other client funded programs, contracting and auditing standards as they apply to effective management of multi-year funds is required.
    • CPA, ACA, CIMA, CFE or any other relevant professional qualification is an advantage.

    Technical Officer - Comprehensive HIV and TB Programs

    Job Description

    • Technical Office-Comprehensive HIV and TB Programs will provide technical expertise and assistance to the laboratory equipment maintenance services for the SIDHAS laboratory component with primary focus on technical areas of comprehensive TB and HIV/AIDS programs.

    Minimum Recruitment Standards

    • B.Sc in Biomedical Engineering, System/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar degree with 5 to 7 years of progressive relevant experience in provision of laboratory equipment maintenance support for TB and HIV programs in resource constrained settings.
    • MSc in Biomedical Engineering, System/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar relevant degree with 3 to 5 years of progressive relevant experience in provision of laboratory equipment maintenance support for TB and HIV programs in resource constrained settings.
    • Experience in project development with proven experience in the planning and facilitation of training is required.
    • Experience in large and complex donor-funded national health focused project is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with Nigerian public-sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.
    • Experience in the management of laboratory equipment based on best practices, quality management practices and safe work practices.

    Program Officer

    Job Description

    • Program Officer Under the supervision of the State Program Manager, will provide support to and coordination of the work of the AHNI state offices program activities.
    • H/She will support program planning, design, review and the monitoring of the program implemented at the field level.

    Minimum Recruitment Standards

    • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Sciences or Behavioural Sciences, with 5-7 years working experience in development programs at the community level with at least 3-5 years experience with HIV/AIDS program planning and implementation working with public and NGO sectors required.

    Administrative Officer

    Job Description

    • Administrative Officer will provide administrative and logistical services to AHNi staff including plan and implement systems and policies that guide all operations related to procuring supplies and services (in accordance with AHNI policy, USAID policy and other donor policies) the supervision of inventory storage, mail dispatch, and security, maintenance of office premises, equipment and facilities.

    Minimum Recruitment Standards

    • University degree, recognized equivalent or HND with minimum of 3-5 years administrative experience.
    • Familiarity with international NGOs is an advantage
    • Experience with large complex organization preferred.

    Senior Technical Advisor - M&E

    Job Description

    • Senior Technical Advisor-M&E will provide leadership support to the Project Director in all monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities for AHNi.
    • S/He will supports the Project Director in overall management and provision of technical inputs to improve and facilitate the delivery of sound technical assistance in M&E including to the Government of Nigeria (GON) and United States Government (USG) upon request.

    Minimum Recruitment Standards

    • MB.BS/MD/PHD or similar degree with 5 to 7 years relevant experience with at least 5 years progressive experience working in Monitoring and Evaluation in large HIV/AIDS programs at national or international level.
    • MS/MA in demography, economics and an MPH or similar degree with 7 to 9 years relevant experience in project-level or state/national-level Monitoring and Evaluation in large HIV AIDS programs at national or international level.
    • Sound practical knowledge of statistics and the use of statistical software.
    • Proven experience in project development, planning and facilitating technical training.
    • Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is required.
    • Familiarity with USAID and PEPFAR programs is required
