    Brand Manager

    Job Purpose

    • We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager
    • The person has to be passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns.
    • You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will generate strategies that grow market share and brands’ reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights
    • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
    • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
    • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
    • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
    • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
    • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
    • Anticipate bottlenecks
    • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
    • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

    Requirements

    • Proven working experience of 2-3 years.
    • MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field
    • Drive for results and leaderships skills
    • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
    • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
    • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
    • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
    • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.

    Compliance Officer

    Job Objective

    • The Compliance Officer will primarily be responsible for the proper and timely completion of internal control reviews, and ensure the business operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules.

    Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conduct and document compliance risk assessments for each function in the business
    • Monitor and track relevant operational risk activities including regular review and follow up of functional risk self-assessments at scheduled intervals.
    • Coordinate with the audit department in the conduct of regular risk self-assessments schedules and action plans.
    • Conduct internal audits from time to time to test effectiveness of controls and systems.
    • Track and enforce closure of corrective actions arising from internal and external audits in liaison with the other departments
    • Communicate any new tools or technological approaches to measuring operational risks for the business.
    • To assist in any special assignments and investigations as may be required by the management into any matter or activity affecting operating efficiency.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
    • 3-5years’ work experience, including internal audit, with demonstrable ability to plan and design the scope and remit of audit work.
    • Cross-cutting experience in internal audit, covering financial, operations, compliance and risk management
    • Practical knowledge of audit/compliance in the financial services industry
    • Logical, result-oriented and well organized, with problem solving ability.

    Executive Personal Assistant

    Job Description

    • The position of executive pa to the Managing direction is primarily responsible for planning and co-ordination of the MD’s activities, documentation and record keeping and ensuring effective liaison and communications with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
    • This role is key to the effectiveness of the office of the Managing Director.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Maintain current database of key business contacts, employees and other stakeholders following business documentation policy
    • Documentation and archiving of information
    • Record keeping and information maintenance
    • Report writing, updates minutes of all key meetings attended by the MD
    • Ordering of parts, items as recommended by the MD
    • Liaison correspondence on behalf of the MD
    • Management of the MD’s calendar and appointments
    • Support resource for Sales development and marketing activities.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Degree in Business Administration
    • Very competent in enterprise resource planning tools, preferably SAP and MS Office packages
    • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
    • Ability to work under pressure and very flexible working conditions
    • Targeted, independent working method
    • Excellent communication skills.
