The Food and Beverage Manager will be in charge of all aspects of the food and beverage operations onboard, including revenues, food costs, budgets, inventories, sanitation onboard and discipline in the department.
Qualification/ Experience:-
The Night Duty Auditor/ Manager will be responsible for all EOD accounting functions and will need to communicate with the Front Desk Officers to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests. The ideal applicant should be capable of working autonomously without supervision. Carry out basic functions, such as checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, communicating with housekeeping and taking initiative for necessary tasks.
